FAQ

What should I do if I'm interested in having Three Sisters cater an event?

Simply call (814.490.8263) or email (suebkuebler@gmail.com) with a short description of your event including type of event, date, and number of guests.  We will set up an initial consultation to discuss your wants and desires and discuss the menu.  Afterward, we will send you a proposal for the event including menu selections and a price quote and go from there!

Do you provide everything for the event (linens, serving pieces, etc?)

We have great relationships with our local vendors in town and can provide all linens, serving pieces, tableware, candles, tent rentals, etc., at a reduced cost than if you were to rent or buy yourself.  If you have special serving pieces or items you would like to provide, we are more than happy to work them into the design of the event. If you are not sure if we provide something, please just ask.

How many servers do you typically have assisting an event?

This certainly depends on the size of the event and the type of event.  For instance, we will provide more servers for a plated dinner service versus a meal with stations of buffet.  It also depends on whether you prefer passed or plated hors d'oeuvres.  Typically, for a plated dinner with passed hors d'oeuvres, we staff about 3 servers along with the chef for every 50 people.  If you prefer more assistance, this can certainly be provided for an additional fee.

Do you provide and serve alcohol?

Three Sisters specializes in the F of F&B, and we do not have an alcohol license. We do, however, have great relationships with a few talented and professional bartenders who have catered with us on many occasions.  We can handle hiring the bartender and add it into the quote or provide you with names and contact information.

Do you have any references for past events we can speak with?

Definitely! We've catered hundreds of events around the city, and can provide these upon request.

Who are the Three Sisters?

The Three Sisters are Sue's daughters.  We would've called it Three Daughters, but we thought Three Sisters sounded better!  Please check out the About Us page for more information.
